1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.passionateworkshop.com ("Site") and any services offered by The Passionate Workshop / Ami Meoded ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

We provide personal development workshops, coaching programmes, and related educational content for individuals, parents, and businesses. Workshop details, dates, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case registered participants will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

3. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. PayPal). We do not store payment card details. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Israeli VAT (17%) may apply to Israeli residents where required by law.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the workshop: full refund.
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund, but the registration may be transferred to another participant.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, videos, workshop materials, and methodology — is the intellectual property of Ami Meoded / The Passionate Workshop and is protected under Israeli, EU, and US copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Our workshops and coaching are educational in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Results vary by individual. Participation in outdoor workshop activities (e.g. desert expeditions) involves inherent risk; participants are responsible for their own health and safety. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation.

7. Health & Safety

Participants in physical or outdoor workshops must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to registration. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we reasonably believe a participant's safety may be at risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel. EU consumers retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. US consumers in states with specific consumer protection statutes retain applicable statutory rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
